Group Lesson Policy:
*Sessions are non-transferable
*Lesson rates are based on the minimum total students in the package purchased. (i.e. 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 students attending each session)
*All Group Sessions must be scheduled as a group
*Not for individual private usage
*The coach reserves the right to reschedule the group sessions within 48 hours.
BTGS Packages
There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. The balance is due 60 days out. Broken Tee Golf School will provide a link to settle up at that time.

RESERVATION POLICY
BOOKINGS:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due at the time of booking. The balance is payable 60 days before the first day of the golf school and/or before scheduled arrival at the hotel. The balance can be paid by ACH through a link on your invoice. If you wish to pay by credit card, you need to contact our office and a 3% credit card fee will be added to
your balance due.
Reservations become effective upon receipt of your deposit/payment.
Please note that no confirmation numbers are issued for your golf school. Your last name serves as your check-in information.
RESCHEDULES:
If you reschedule your school outside of 60-days before the first day of your
arrival date, there is a $100.00 per person change fee.
If you reschedule your school within 60
days of your arrival date, there is a $200.00 per person change fee.
If you reschedule your
school within 5 days of your arrival date, there is a $350.00 per person change fee.
In the case where you need to reschedule due to a medical emergency, we reserve the right to request an official doctor’s note so that the above penalties may be avoided.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel the school before the 60-day period, the deposit is all that
you are charged.
If you cancel the school within the 60-day period and before 10 days a 30%
charge is applied.
If you cancel the school within 10 days of your arrival date a 50% charge is
applied.
RAIN DAYS:
In the case where part of your school day or more is interrupted by “extreme”
weather, your instructor will first attempt to make up the time by extending the remaining school days. If you are scheduled at the hotel for additional days after your original school
dates and you have a “free day” and with the condition that the instructor is available, they will attempt to make up the extra time on that “free day”. In the case where your school day(s) is completely rained out and the time cannot be made up within your original school dates time
frame or just immediately before or after those original school dates, we offer you a rain check and you may reschedule to work with your instructor at any time in the future at any of our locations (this is based on your instructor’s availability).
We are obligated to the hotel within
72-hours of your arrival and the hotel must receive at least 24-hours’ notice of your departure
to avoid any penalties. This policy should be followed under “extreme” weather circumstances,
if you can and the weather permits, it is best to complete your original school days.
Golf Camps
In the event you need to cancel and do so outside of 90 days, only the $500 initial security deposit is non-refundable.
Inside 60 days, no refunds unless We can replace your spot. If we do, only the initial $500 security deposit is non-refundable.
We try to make the policy as flexible as possible because life happens... Our camps are very small in number (6) ,so we can provide max personal attention. So it is important that We have confirmed spots 90 days out. Please do not ask for a refund inside the cut-off date.
I highly recommend travel insurance in the event you must cancel within the cut-off dates.
